I stayed at Adrian’s place for a semester: the place is clean and there’s everything you need. Wifi is fast and stable. The surrounding area has 24/7 supermarkets and restaurants. Adrian is a very nice host, helpful and communication was great. The place is very close to metro station and bus services, so transport was excellent. I particularly enjoyed this quiet, clean place, and I highly recommend Adrian’s place for your stay in Singapore

The location of this BnB is very good. Minutes to the MRT station, one stop to a good mall, lots of shops and good eats around. The host generously provides all amenities you might need. There are long-term tenants renting rooms too. They are generally friendly but those who work odd hours may make noise or talk loudly on the phone late at night.

stayed for a month & this place get a spot in my heart. landlord and other tenants were very nice, house is clean, kitchen is well maintained, room was cozy, plenty of ps4 games
