El apartamento es estupendo. Bien situado, en el casco histórico. a cinco minutos a pie del Duomo y de la plaza de la Signoria. Y justo al lado del río. El apartamento está limpio. La cocina es americana, pero está perfectamente dotada. Tiene una única habitación, con cama de matrimonio, que es muy cómoda. El único punto negativo es que está en un cuarto piso sin ascensor: hay que subir 70 escaleras. Pero merece la pena. Volvería sin dudarlo. Apartamento excelente

I can’t say enough good things about this loft! The apartment itself was very comfortable and had all the amenities we could wish for. The location was incredible for experiencing all the charms of Florence. The host was very responsive and thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again when visiting!

Eleonora's place is in a prime location and the decor is quite thoughtful and lovely. Her mother, Francesca, met us for check in and was very helpful and thorough in orienting us to the space! Nice layout overall and seating options. Great shower water pressure and hot water. I had some health issues while there and needed to change to a place with fewer stairs (the description is very clear about the stairs!). The process to change went smoothly and Eleonora was very understanding and made it easy for us to make that change.

I had a nice stay in the Arno loft for 16 nights in December. It's a great location, easy to walk to all the sites and across the river for more exploring. You are in the middle of everything and with that comes some street noise. If you are sensitive to that, bring some earplugs. :) Check in with Francesca was helpful as she showed me around the unit. The place has great windows, plenty of space and very unique decor. I was able to cook a lot and it felt like a cozy home for me. Eleonora was a very responsive host and she provided options for places to store my luggage before check in. She was also kind enough to order a new hair dryer and have it delivered when the other was not working. She leaves a list of recommendations for you to try and Trattoria Dell'Orto was likely the best meal I had in Firenze. :) Grazie mille!

Eleonora’s apartment is beautifully decorated and situated at a great location in Florence. The bedroom was comfortable and the full kitchen was nice to have. I picked up fresh pasta a few times and made it in her kitchen. Eleonora was very responsive, friendly and flexible with my check-in/out. I would definitely recommend her and stay again!
