This has been my girlfriend and i’s home for a month. It felt like home with how cozy the place is. Not big BUT enough space for both of us and some few friends/family to come over. The condo is in taft, manila where everything is accessible. 5-10mins. walk to Restaurant/fast food chains. There’s a mini mall at the ground floor of the condo that has grocery & pharmacy. Laundry mats around the area. Grab (Uber) to Robinsons Mall (nearest mall) is around $2-3. Makati and/or BGC which are the nice cities close to manila that has nice restaurants, malls and great night life are 20-40mins away and $4-7 on Grab.

not as what you would expect..the place needs maintenance, bad drainage of shower and kitchen sink, tiles out of place, sofa bed full of stains and springs were already too used/soft to the point that it is uncomfortable to sleep on with full of dust/mites. they covered up everything with rugs and covers so it would not be obvious.Impossible to use their wifi since it was very slow. LTE in your mobile would have better coverage. Dust is everywhere that we had to clean the place ourselves since we had to stay a few days before we were able to find somewhere to transfer to. They did not really give an effort to even find a way to solve the issues.

A small but a great place to stay in! Clean environment and easy to move around in. Great communication with the owners, had no problems at all. Really enjoyed my stay here and I will definitely book here again. Thanks miss Kat!

Very nice place and has complete amenities such as washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, wifi, tv! Very comfortable and safe place to stay in
