The place is quite decent. Very close to Dumas beach. The beach itself ain't that great but still a good location if you want to stay away from the city. Sanjay, the helper lives on the premises and helped us in a lot of ways. The place itself is clean and has basic amenities. One of the ACs wasn't functioning (on first night of our stay). It should have been communicated earlier. With some upgrade, this place can become a good weekend destination.

very nice location for those who want to relax and enjoy. Host is very much welcoming and helped us a lot. Caretaker is also supportive. It is not 5starish but yes you can always compare with 3star category. Location is little far from city so for those who want to visit city often in a day might be a hassle but those who want to relax and party can definitely book this place

Joy's place is one of the best places we have stayed. It is exactly as described. It has five fully furnished bedrooms with big bathrooms, a functional kitchen with a gas connection and all utensils, the small lawn is pretty and everything around is super lush green. The Dumas beach is really close, you can walk for 15 minutes and see the sunset. There's a Ganesh temple by the beach and the sunset from there is spectacular. There's a caretaker who lives in the same compound and is ready to help out at all times. It's a safe, secure, beautiful villa for staying, especially safe in covid times as it's far from the crowd. It's also very close to the airport. But most of all Joy is a wonderful host, he was very responsive and kindly gave us a ride to the beach in his car. Book this if you see it's available because I know I would love to revisit!

It was a huge place with private lawn and multiple rooms. Ideal for a big group. I took my dog alongwith and he too had a gala time...played with children .. Would love to visit again.
