Wow, the place is beautiful inside and out. Breathtaking views, spectacular outside pool, patio and gardens and gorgeous inside decor. We really enjoyed the pool and outside lounges. The only thing I would recommend to improve are the beds. But I haven’t found a comfortable bed at any place I stayed in Italy As others stated the pathway to get to the house is very long and very hilly. It is in a pedestrian only are so no cabs can get to it. I recommend a Porter for luggage. I also feel you have to be in pretty good shape, so if you have disabilities, older, bad knees, etc., I wouldn’t recommend.

This was a fantastic stay! I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again. It is about a 10 min walk uphill to via camarelle and the square. Only downside is the walk uphill ( we brought our 70 year old parents) but it was manageable and everyone made it! As a 30 year old it was a welcomed morning walk! The house is beautiful and includes multiple terraces and decks with gorgeous views of the water and mountains! The house is perfect for entertaining or hosting a family or large group. The kitchen is small but efficient and the house includes all of the amenities you would need for a stay including dishwasher, washer/dryer, and refrigerator and freezer. You could honestly just stay at the house without leaving and it would be a lovely time in Capri. Right up the hill are a few pretty hotels that provide drinks, dinner, and other meals if you aren’t up for going into town. The house was very clean and the pool and outdoor area were lovely. Fabulous stay!!

The villa and pool are amazing. The views are BREATHTAKING. The house is spacious with a lot of charm and character. It’s very private and quiet. The grounds are expansive and very well kept. Marco the property manager is very helpful and responsive. Simply amazing. Notes for future guests: 1. The pool is a huge plus esp when traveling with kids. It is deep even on the shallow side (5.5-9 ft) but I was able to get pool floaties and toys at the shops nearby. 2. The views are so amazing and the property is so private because the house is tucked down into a hill so there is a lot of walking up and down hill. We got used to it after a day or so and it’s totally worth it if you are physically able.

The villa is absolutely stunning. The views are everything you'd hope for and more. The property itself is very private and full of character and charm. Our only challenges during our trip were due to the weather, which is totally outside of anyone's control. It was extremely hot, and getting to the villa/from the villa is undoubtedly challenging, even in the best weather. Marco, the property manager, went above and beyond to be helpful in providing information about luggage porters, etc. and Francesco was extremely responsive and accommodating. We will be back, but sans our elderly guests ;). Many thanks again, Francesco, for such a lovely trip.

A five star experience from beginning to end. Francesco’s villa was even more impressive than the already stunning photos suggest. The private pool area with its majestic views down over the cliffs of Capri is simply incredible. The walking is as described, but is all part of the charm. And plenty of amazing restaurants are only a few minutes away. Highly recommended.
