nice, interesting place. Charles was helpful, friendly and responsive. the building is some 10 yards fromthe main house and other homes on the street, whichis on the drive to the Hills and Dale's gardens, making it lovely and also near the college campus so quote walkable. we were glad to have our little dogs with us. The media room is full of curious and historical family treasures and there are plenty of tvs and furniture. Things were clean and the very small "kitchen" stocked with water and coffee. I would have liked more kitchen counter space and a sink in the same room, so we wound up eating out more than we planned. Overall, quite novel and fascinating while clean and comfortable. The small, historical building gives a farmhouse feel to the experience of being on someone's manor.
