Amazing stay so close to everything and very quiet and relaxing spot for a small group. Very happy with our choice :)

We were very happy at Anchorage 7. It was clean, well located (although that didn’t matter as they supplied us with a buggy which was amazing), and had everything we needed. Our contact on island was lovely! It was an absolute must to have air cons in both bedrooms, however the one in the master didn’t work very well and needs an update. We did mention it and were told someone would come by but never heard anything after that.

Upon arrival, the floors were dirty when we arrived. We all took our shoes off and ended up with black feet. The right hand curtain is hanging off the curtain rail in the main bedroom and needed to be fixed. In the main bedroom bathroom the toilet seat was loose. There were cobwebs and mould in the second bedroom and excessive dust and dirt between the bed and the wall. Also a lot of the walls and ceilings have excessive marks on them. The wardrobe doors in the second room weren't on the tracks properly. The TV antenna in the second bedroom was broken and the TV couldn't be tuned. The second bedroom and bathroom have the locks removed from the doors so they can't be locked from the inside. The bed in the second bedroom was 2 singles pushed together without a topper over the top, which resulted in a gap between them. We are unable to lock the balcony door from the lounge as the lock was jammed open. Therefore for the duration of our stay the apartment was unsecure. Multiple fly screens have rips and tears and two of the sliding fly screen doors to the balcony are off the runners and stacked in the corner. Therefore we couldn't have the balcony door open and screens shut to keep bugs out. Both the ceiling fans in the bedrooms did not work. To be fair on the owners they sent electricians round but apparently both fans needed replacement resistors to function properly and were not fixed during our stay. Probably would not stay here again for the price we paid and we were very disappointed and found it detracted from our trip.
