As described , super comfy , private and clean !! The room is well decorated with everything you need . Lee is wonderful , super communicative and considerate . Location is great , seated in a quiet and safe resident neighborhood, close to everything . I stayed for almost two months and will definitely return in the future !! Highly recommended

I Stayed here for 5 nights. Since I was working nearby, I was looking for somewhere I could feel safe and comfortable and get enough rest each night, and Lee’s place was great. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and the amenities made it easy to pick up something at Trader Joe’s for dinner and eat healthily. WiFi is fast- Lee has another bnb unit right next door. Although I could hear the guest in that unit now and then, I think Lee is careful to choose guests that are quiet so I was not bothered by any noise. I had a zoom meeting one afternoon and sat outside in the back patio for that. The yard is really beautiful with a huge old cypress, lots of flowers, very inviting patio furniture. I also went out to eat at a Thai place nearby that had fantastic food. After work I walked and found a beautiful trail called water dog that had great views. Another area I explored a bit further north is Coyote Point which has a paved trail along the edge of the bay.
