Great location and only an 8 minute walk from the port. Great access to restaurants and bars with a private feel. We had 3 balconies and one with table and chairs which was ideal for breakfast. The AC units were fantastic… one for each room. I would definitely recommend this air bnb for anyone visiting Paros! This is ideal for both family and young adults.

We were very happy with the Local House! Everything was as described in the advertisement, and the location was very central - beach, port and restaurants just minutes away. Highly recommended!

Filippos was very friendly and was there to help us checkin. Anything we needed he was very responsive to help and was fair and understanding. The house was clean and in a location that was a short walk to downtown Parikia and a few local beaches. There also was a super market and pharmacy and many other shops close by, including rental cars. I would highly recommend Filippos and this house to rent. You will enjoy your stay!

Fillipos is a great host and his team are devoted. They were always helpful and constructive. We even had a very good recommendation for a car hire company that were very good people. We enjoyed the location in a a backstreet with little noise and chill atmosphere. The amenities were good and the beds nice to sleep in. Everything was clean and tidy. Parikia is a good location for further trips around the island and to Antiparos as well. We would absolutely recommend any family or friends to stay at The Local House! Kent
