Allan’s property was located at the end of a private lane, no passing traffic, the most amazing far reaching views over farmland, it was the perfect place to unwind and relax. Allan met me at the property to go through everything and make sure I was completely happy. This was the first time I had used an Air B&B and he made me very relaxed, in fact we loved the property so much we are going back next year. The photos are exactly as you find it, it really is a lovely home. Thank you Allan and look forward to seeing you next year.

The views from East Byreleask Cottage are simply breathtaking. The home is one of the best holiday homes we've ever been to - huge, light, airy, incredibly well equipped and those views... what a beautiful corner of Scotland to explore. Allan is a grest host - thank you also for supplying the amazing weather.

We had a fantastic stay at East Byreleask, the property has been beautifully furnished and finished to an excellent standard. Allan was a great host and communication easy. The views from the property are stunning and I wouldn't hesitate to return. 5 star!!

Absolutely beautiful modern cottage in a rural and tranquil setting. The cottage looks out over fields and is very quiet. Inside the cottage is very modern inside with every convenience you could want. I would thoroughly recommend Allan’s cottage to anyone.

Very comfortable, warm, clean and well equipped accommodation. Views of the countryside were amazing. Perfect location for days out to Newburgh to see the seals, Portsoy for the best ice cream and slains castle near cruden Bay. We also booked a badminton court at the sports hub in nearby mint law for a family game. Could not fault anything about the accommodation. Host Allan was also very friendly and was there to welcome us and check in.
