Great location, with a shopping mall within a few minutes walk. The pool was lovely, and the staff at the complex are very friendly and helpful.

The site provides many things (groceries at mall, coffees, playground, pool, many food tenants). The room itself provide a lot of amenities, I can directly use the kitchen utensils, store my food on the fridge, etc. However, I couldn't sleep peacefully because of never ending small cockroaches appeared. We even bought one push vape and later it became better (but still appeared tho). I think the issues are happening to the whole site, I even found the same cockroach on the bassura mall which is different building with the apartment. I actually being thankful for Laurensia that always ready to help when there's issue with the air conditioner and amazingly the room is already prepared before checkin time! (rare thing for me actually 😂). But to note, hopefully the ricecooker will replaced with the new one and the AC repaired properly. The site itself has a lot of traffic (lift are mostly crowded), many newlyweds with their children, or workers. For hangout, I recommend to Rawamangun.

Had an entire apartment unit to myself which was nice. As much as I wanted things to go smooth, I have to say the check in process was HORRENDOUS for me. Apparently the key was stolen from the lockbox which presented such a problem which I get can happen but I was annoyed at the communication that coincidentally I wasn't getting at the exact time of need. I messaged on the app AND emailed as asked but got no response when I couldn't check in. It forced me to beg someone with a cellphone since I had no local phone and only then did I get a response after an hour. Same thing happened with communication with the cleaner when the time was scheduled and had huge language barrier problem but only got a response AFTER cleaner left. The place is infested with insane amount of cockroaches even on the 21st floor which to be fair is probably the building's fault. Other than that, everything else was fine and not once will you be bothered with your own privacy plus own shower, stove, utensils, etc
