The villa is located one hour drive from Lisbon in a charming Ocean town Foz do Arelho. House is newly built, 2 minutes walk from both the Ocean and the Obidos Lagoon where you can find plenty of restaurants, bars and beach cafés. If you prefer to stay at home, the villa is perfect to relax and enjoy beautiful views and feel the Ocean breeze. The villa has 4 double, Ocean view, comfortable bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an extra WC. It has two floors (plus ground floor basement with plenty of space for beach equipment, golf clubs etc. ). The main area is on the 1st floor, including: lounge and dining space with an amazing panoramic view over the Obidos Lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean, fully equipped kitchen, convenient WC, large terrace for sun bathing and dining and an ensuite bedroom. On the 2nd floor you can find other 3 bedrooms and a big sunny terrace where you can enjoy beautiful view over the beach. The outside swimming pool is shared with other guests in a small condominium. The closest bus stop is 1 minute away from the house. The town centre is less than 15 minutes walk away, with more bars and restaurants, local supermarkets with fresh bread, fruit and vegetables. There is also a very friendly Surf School in the centre and a Sails School nearby. The main town Caldas da Rainha is 8km away (with an amazing food and fish market). If you are interested in golf, there are 3 beautiful golf courses within 20-30 minutes’ drive.
