I had a great time at the John house for one month. I would like to stay again there definitely.

John’s place is homey, clean, and secure. It has all the basic amenities and more covered as listed. The unit is ideally located 3 mins walk to the shopping centre and restaurants. Plus you can access the sky park, gym, and pool of the condominium. John is responsive to queries and requests.

Stayed at John's place due to a nearby wedding that we were set to attend. The presence of a mall nearby was a godsend for last minute shopping. His unit was a nice size for 2 persons and it was very comfortable. Aircon units & Smart TV worked well, wifi was strong enough. The view from the balcony was great -- love the greenery. The bed and towels/linens were soft and clean, the dispenser for shampoo/conditioner/bodywash in the shower was convenient (but there was no toothbrush/toothpaste provided -- good thing we brought our own). The availability of a basement parking slot with the condo unit was the best part of the stay as we were able to leave anytime without worrying about where to park when we got back. Kitchen appliances were complete, although you have to be sure to bring everything you need (cooking oil, salt/pepper/spices, seasonings, etc.) for cooking. Overall, it was really great value for money.
