Second time staying at Pine Point Promises and would happily go back for a third. While it’s an older house and showing it’s age in some places, it’s charming, has great light and lots of opportunity for fresh air and walks to the beach. It’s incredibly well appointed with everything you need for a week at the beach and Tyra has been a great host.

Tyra’s place had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, bedrooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. The chest freezer was filled with frozen treats for the grandkids. The location was perfect with a 1-2 minute walk to the beautiful beach across the street. The street is busy but drivers are mindful and cautious of those walking and there are plenty of crosswalks. We would definitely rent Tyra’s place again.

Tyra is absolutely amazing and her home is beautiful and welcoming. My family and I had the best week and it was all due to Tyra and her hospitality. We cannot wait to go back again next year!

The house was perfect for our family. Nice to have plenty of beach equipment for our use. Great location, great weather, great time!

We had a great time staying at the grey lady. My daughter, wife and in-laws loved the house and the close access to the beach. Tyra was a great host and we hope to be staying there again!
