The location is beautiful. The house was clean with lots of space. Large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Furniture very comfortable. It was lambing season when we there, and it was so special to see all the baby lambs that kept appearing everyday. The Ring of Kerry is a very special place. We enjoyed exploring all the towns and villages. So much to see and do, and great places for eating out. This place is well worth the drive, a very special location which is hard to leave behind.

Bernie and Donnie were perfect hosts ! Our Christmas at Teach Incheese was magical. We arrived after dark and had no problem finding our way. The directions and advice for arrival were spot on. Waking up the next morning and opening the curtains to the breathtaking view of the valley, surrounded by waterfalls and emerald hills dotted with countless sheep was simply breathtaking. The house had everything we could have ever needed. We are family of 7 and the house was perfect with plenty of space. Hill walking was a highlight with amazing views and easy access. The short drive to Waterville and Cahersiveen made for quick trips to town to get groceries at the local Centra or to Bari in Cahersiveen for the best iced lattes , coffee and breakfast. We also able to enjoy Christmas Eve mass at the Daniel O’Connell memorial cathedral in Cahersiveen and then join in the Christmas Day swim fun @ Ballinskellig beach. It was absolutely a perfect Christmas trip to Ireland we will always remember ❤️

We loved our time in Bernie's house, all the bedrooms are ensuite, and the master bedroom had a particularly large ensuite with a bath. The beds were comfy, the house was cosy and the surrounding area was fantastic. The heating works on €1 coins for 30 minutes and the house heats up very quickly. The stove was lovely on dark nights too. We found it very hard to leave.

Beautiful, private and peaceful location just outside Waterville, with great views of mountains, water steams and further out the sea. Good base to explore different hiking options. The house has all amenities and very comfortable. As I stayed mid October, I really enjoyed the wood burner. Bernie, the host is very responsive. Thank you so much, I had an excellent stay!
