Safe, clean rental for a group of 6. Conveniently located. Plenty of space and amenities. Felt like home away from home for a long weekend in Louisville.

This a beautiful, comfortable home in a great neighborhood. Historic in style but modern in amenities, with updated kitchen and bathrooms, a cozy basement movie room, and plenty of outdoor space. It easily housed our group of 8 for a week. Joe was hospitable, flexible, and communicative—a great host! Plus the house is only minutes from a some great restaurants, close to the airport and expo center, and less than 20 minutes from downtown Louisville. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. As prior reviews said, although the owners live here, it is obvious that they take extra effort to accommodate guests, including coffee, flowers, and drinks upon arrival. The bottle of champagne was particularly appreciated! The house was spotless, even for our discerning guests. Joe was very responsive and helped us in preparation for our trip and upon our arrival. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was easily one of my better AirBnB experiences - the house was well appointed and comfortable like you would expect someone’s home to be but clearly prepped for guests in a way that we did not feel like we were invading someone’s privacy. When we had questions Joe responded quickly and we were just a short drive to a lively area for dining and drinks.
