We enjoyed Tim's cabin while our home was going through some repair work. The home is very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The mountain scenery is spectacular. It was great to have an outdoor grill to use but the weather was too cool for the pool to be open. Tim is a gracious host and very easy to communicate with, all the while giving you your personal space. The home is very convenient to the local grocery store and many activities that Polk and Rutherford County provides. I highly recommend Tim's rental.

Tim balances being a host graciously! He knows how to quietly check - in, and give space, and also responsive when needed. He truly wants you to enjoy your stay!

Such an adorable cottage! The scenery here is amazing too. You couldn't ask for a better host. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. Close to Lake Lure( just a few min drive). But far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be returning! Thanks Tim!

This was such a cute cottage and the view from the front porch was amazing! The beds were super comfy and the home was very cozy. All in all, this was a great stay and we will definitely keep it on our list for the next time we are in NC!
