Our experience during our stay was a positive experience. From all our inquiries before booking and through out our stay, the host responded promptly and very accessible. It was such a smooth transaction from check in to check out. The unit is large enough for 6 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of place to sleep for everyone and the 2 full bathroom was a plus. The building is private with security but close to the main malls and other facilities around San Fernando. The flooring and other areas of the unit needed some attention probably due to normal wear and tear from renters but overall was not a deal breaker for us. Will definitely stay here again due it’s space for 2 families being together in one unit and our experience with the host..

The property of ms. Karen is as listed and shown. Everything was in great order, spotless and ready for us. It's spacious, and very comfortable. WiFi and A/C worked with no issue. Definitely recommend booking the unit! Note: We had an issue upon arrival, as we were greeted by a ton of mosquitoes inside the unit. Maybe the cleaners left one of the doors or windows open, or maybe it came from the hallway because the next day, there were some mosquitoes again despite everything being closed. My son is allergic to mosquito bites so we did our best to get rid of them. We weren't able to communicate with Ms. Karen and team that first night as we arrived late, and were very tired already. However,we let them know the next day and they promsied to have it checked by pest control, and inform their caretaker to double check upon our checkout. My review is late already so hopefully this has been addressed. Apart from this, our stay was very good and would recommend booking with Ms. Karen!
