Just a short walk from the town centre and seafront. All on one level this ground floor apartment is spacious but cosy with a courtyard garden. With its own entrance and everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing seaside holiday. Ideal for couples or single guests seeking the perfect seaside retreat. The space has: 1. Large bedroom 2. Large kitchen dinning room 3. Shower room 4. Living room overlooking pretty courtyard garden 5. Garden space with table and chairs, that benefits from the afternoon and evening sun. 6. Off road parking space (on a slight slope). 7. Beyond the secluded courtyard is National Trust woodlands, although not accessible, it provides a space full of birdsong.

10 mins walk from seafront along the river. ideal for two people. peaceful and quiet.
Lovely, comfortable flat with own parking spot a bonus in Lyme Regis. Walkable into town and sea front - we found the river walk (turn left out of the property) the nicest walk and the easiest walking back! Very comfortable bed and everything you could need provided for and all of good quality. No internet is a bit of a downside but this is indicated in the property description. Andrew is a very good and friendly host and was very responsive and helpful when seeking information about the local area. Biscuits and milk were appreciated. Thank you! Can definitely recommend staying here.

Lyme Regis high street and beach are just a 5 (max 10min) minute walk, either along the picturesque river Lym or, alternative through residential streets. Lyme Regis is built in a valley so please expect to walk up a hill (or two). The apartment is in the middle of Woodmead road, which is on a hill.
