Trust me this place is really great but co-host needs to work on her hosting skills. She might respond rudely after this but I really don’t care because I always responded respectfully because she was very older to me. This is the first time I’m giving bad review to any Air Bnb property. NEVER FELT WELCOMED . A constant reminder that it’s VIP property. As it was mentioned that luggage can be drop off but Yasmin ji just told us that Owners family is coming so they cannot allow luggage drop-off. Breakfast was very limited because chef was on leave. The person who substituted the chef only knew omelette cooking and bread sandwiches and when asked to cook indian breakfast he bluntly denied. We didn’t mind but next morning I got message from Yasmin ji regarding my bill of three kahwa and that really pissed me off than I informed her regarding limited breakfast . Her response was classic “ it’s yours fault you could have informed me earlier “.No nearly resort facilities access as mentioned

Warm, welcoming and verg comfortable. Its a beautiful location with wonderful views. Quiet. Just what we were looking for. We did a lot of site-seeing, and shangrff was just wonderful to return to and unwind. Lovely sunset views, mornkng views of snow clad mountains. Very warm and hispitable caretakers and the manager yasmin was alwsys avaialble for any information.

Very beautiful house in a nice part of Srinagar. Good views all around. The decor and facilities were impeccable. The house has a lot of soul with large bedrooms and spic and span bathrooms . The food was good too and the caretaker was helpful. The hostess Yasmeen was just a phone call away and helped us with arranging gluten free food for us
