The neighborhood is a mixed area of older and younger people and families. We are located within a 10-minute walking distance to Main St/Downtown area. Horse Gulch recreation trails are located across the street with ample opportunity for running, hiking, and biking even in the winter.

There are not a lot of options for public transportation in Durango, but Uber and taxis are available. There is one parking spot in front of the garage for guests, other vehicles will need to park nearby on 4th Street. There is no guest access to garage under apartment.
