This condo was perfect right at the boat dock where our fishing guide picked us. Room was nice and clean had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Price was very reasonable. Restaurant was nice and marina was very nice also. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect for our family, as my dad lives on a boat in the marina. I messaged the host about the cleanliness after my 8 month old found a floss pick l on the floor. I also found other pieces of trash, and there were moldy dishes in the moldy dishwasher. She said the cleaning person was a substitute and would let them know. Overall, we'd stay there again, but we'd plan to not use the dishes and do a better sweep of the floor.

We were excited to return to Burnt Store Marina after spending last winter there. We planned a long weekend trip down to visit friends and booked Judy's place based on her reviews on Airbnb. The unit size was small which we expected and were fine with. The mustiness and mold in the unit however was overwhelming and so strong it triggered health and breathing issues for us after merely a few hours. We are familiar that waterfront homes get musty and need to be aired out but this was more than that. The heat was on 80 degrees in the unit upon arrival and a breeding ground for mold. The dehumidifier was full & not running as a result. We emptied the smelly moldy water from the dehumidifier, turned it on, only to only find out it was inoperable and part of the mold problem. The dishwasher was full of wet dishes inside with mold growing on the dishes inside the dishwasher. We had to vacate after just 1 night. Judy was apologetic and processed a refund immediately. Very disappointed.
