Situated in its own 80 tree olive grove, the villa affords breath taking views of Lake Iznajar and its historic white washed hillside village, just 3 minutes away by car. With its private pool & Fitness Room in addition to Sun Decks, Outdoor Bar & Kitchen plus Entertaining areas, which have been totally renovated this year ‘Casa de Ladera’ is the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday. Ideally located just 1 hour from the airports of both Malaga & Granada, the Villa is perfectly positioned for exploring the history, culture and natural beauty that Andalucía has in abundance. The famous world heritage sites of Alhambra Palace & Gardens of Granada, the Mezquita of Cordoba and the Cathedrals & Alcazar of Seville are just a short drive away. Within easy travelling distance you will also find the mountain treks of the Sierra Nevada, El Torcal and many of Andalucía’s spectacular National Parks. Close to the villa on the shores of Lake Iznajar is a sandy beach from where you can Swim, Kayak, Windsurf, take a guided Boat Tour of the lake or just relax for the day. The accommodation of ‘Casa de Ladera’ comprises of 4 double air conditioned bedrooms, 2 family bathrooms & an en-suite bathroom to the Master Bedroom. The Master bedroom also has spectacular views over Lake Iznajar and its own private balcony, it is very spacious and able to accommodate a further single bed if requested. The remaining 3 double bedrooms all have air conditioning, while the second bedroom also enjoys views of the lake. A newly fitted and fully equipped indoor kitchen leads through to a cosy lounge/dining room where, you can take a break from the sun and relax. The smart TV connects to the free Wi-Fi which is available throughout the villa. Our well-equipped fitness room offer an opportunity to exercise using Free Weights, a Treadmill and Cross Trainer. Exercise mats and towels are provided for your comfort & convenience. Additionally, there is a laptop for you to listen to your favourite music while you train or meditate. ‘Casa de Ladera’ has several outdoor terraces with sun and shaded areas for your comfort and enjoyment. The Pool Deck with its honesty bar Full kitchen & BBQ are right beside the main dining area. The Pool deck also enjoys an outside toilet & a solar powered shower and has ample sun loungers and of course the pool, which is cool.! We provide an additional seating area on both Lower Decks, a ‘tranquil space’ where you can sit back and relax on our day beds or in our coffee area and appreciate the superb views & spectacular landscape. All bed linen, bathroom & pool towels are provided for your comfort & convenience during your stay with us. The Villa is staffed for your convenience and the staff (who have their own private accommodation) can service the villa for you at a small extra cost during you stay if you require. Pets are welcome at Casa de Ladera however they are not allowed in any of the bedrooms. The villa is home to our own dogs (which are also separate from the guest areas) but you can borrow them if you feel the need! They would be delighted to visit you and help with dinner!
