I'm glad your maintenance team inspected the Direct TV, refrigerator, and ac unit and are now working properly. That may be the case, but what does that do for me? I'm the person that paid for services not rendered! In addition, you don't expect blood stains on the bed cover given what we pay for the cleaning service, so I didn't think an inspection was necessary when I got there. On top of that, I didn't notice it until the next morning, but it was still every bit as disturbing. At the same time, everything is self-service from check-in to check out; and there doesn't appear to be anyone one site to respond to anyone's concerns. To put it bluntly, I paid in advance for accommodations free of any defects or problems period. That was not what you delivered, and I believe an adjustment is in order. Not some lame "unapology"! Thank you, and I will look forward to a suitable appropriate response to your failure to deliver the services promised.

Really nice located, and good well kept room and building. Nuive bed, and spacious room. Only problem fridge didn’t work.

This very conveniently located Airbnb in the heart of Brookline Coolidge corner area is exactly as described on the website. It is a very efficient and well appointed self-contained unit that has everything you would need for a short visit.

We stayed here for a couple nights to explore Boston without having to stay right in the middle of it. This could not have been more perfect for us. The Maverick team was extremely responsive and provided us with an almost "too good to be true" location, with the Green Line right down the street, giving us easy and safe access to getting anywhere in the city. The place was perfect for what we needed, a quiet and cozy place to relax after our adventures. We would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to explore Boston, we will definitely be staying here again.
