The space This is a large 280 metres squared newly built, 3 bedroomed house, 2 bathrooms with showers, and one has a full bath. There is a cot available for babies/toddlers. Open plan kitchen/dining with south facing sliding glass doors opening on to sunny, decking and garden area. Kitchen has oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Lounge with wood burning stove and glass doors to garden. Wifi and smart tv with sky channels and netflix available. large private garden available. This is a happy, family-friendly house with space for kids and adults who love the outdoors and enjoy getting together for meals and conversations. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house on the ground level so this just excludes one private bedroom upstairs. Interaction with guests We are available by phone and have local help when you need it. The neighbourhood Our is situated in Glen of the Downs, that closely neighbours the villages of Delgany, Kilmacanogue, Greystones and Enniskerry. You could go to Powerscourt waterfall or gardens for a day, visit Bray Aquarium, climb the sugarloaf with friends, spend the day at Glendalough or walk the seafront in Greystones and enjoy a bite to eat in the infamous Happy Pear Cafe afterwords. Avoca Handweavers, is only a 10 minute drive away and is famous for there an artisan food, an ideal spot for afternoon tea. Getting around A car is pretty essential in these parts if you want to explore the County. However, we are only 10 minutes from the bus stop and wicklow bus operate a regular to and from the city on a daily basis. We are in or around 35 minutes from Dublin City Centre.
