Ann Marie’s place was wonderful. Felt just like home. Neighbors were friendly. My son and I were mostly out in the community, but it was a nice place to come to and relax after long day. Will highly recommend.

My worst Airbnb experience ever. Before we even accessed the home, a "neighborhood watch" person asked my son what he was doing there!?! VERY DISTURBING!!! Kitchen and bathrooms hadn't been cleaned sufficiently. From food splatter to dirty dishes to cleaning strands of hair from the kitchen and both bathrooms. Stained blankets and pillows. The owner's personal belongings are everywhere! Too much opened and half-eaten food CROWDING the refrigerator and pantry. We could barely fit our groceries. However, the worst was not having power in the master bedroom, half of the master bath, nor half of a secondary bedroom. The host, Anne Marie, supplied extension cords, but the process was cumbersome. However, she was gracious enough and easy to work with. The house is nice and in an excellent location. I think Anne Marie should hire a management/cleaning company or fire the one she currently uses if her home is to remain a viable option for those looking for a nice Airbnb offering.

The place was very nice & clean. We only had two concerns. #1 The tv Ruko wasn't good. I would have had to add channels to watch at a cost to the subscriber, which I would never do. I'm a Big College Football Fan, thus I missed the games. #2.. This one is on us but helpful for future senior citizens. The toilets' were very modern , But Very Low. We had to give each other helping hands of getting up. lol. Pull handles would help most everyone. I did not speak with Annie the whole stay. There was no reason too. Nothing she could do. Oh ya (Annie) about the Supper with candle lights & bottle of wine waiting for us on our arrival. Well Girl.. You need to work on the. "Friendly joke between Annie and myself" lol.. So... My advise to whomever is reading this... " Go For It, Great Deal" Oh and .. GO Tennessee Vols !!!
