The guys at the building are not professional at all and there is misscommunication between them and the one responsible for reservation, and they interfer in private matters with an impolite attitude. when I arrived I was able to leave my luggage as I requested earlier, but I heared one of the guys there speaking in arabic (which I understand) shouting "why is that person coming now?" It was very impolite and shocking. I did inform Savas about visitors before I confirm reservation, but when a second visitor arrived guys there did not allow her to enter, I showed them the chat between me and Savas, they were surprised and started coming up with lame excuses like - I should have booked via booking so they could see the chat. - it is about your friend she does not have her passport with her (Although she had a photo of her passport on her cellphone) - it is the rules for couples differ from one nationality to another (my friend is Algerian) I do not recommend it for couples.

-Gute Lage -Wartungsarbeiten erforderlich ( wir mussten mit offenem Fenster schlafen, da es leider kaputt war und der Chef es immer noch nicht reparieren lässt, Wasserhahn war wackeln, Badezimmer nicht sauber)

Fotoğraflarda gördüğümüz odayla karşılaştık, gayet şık ve temizdi. Konumu çok iyi İstanbul’da gezilebilecek yerlere yakın, bir kez daha İstanbul’a gidersek kalacağımız yer yine burası olur

The hosts very friendly and helpful. Make sure you know exactly where you have to go before coming to Istanbul. It took me a while to find the hotel. Apart from having had lots of troubles with the WiFi (but also in other locations) everything else was as described.
