Небольшая и уютная студия находится в историческом районе Барселоны, рядом очень много магазинов и кафе. Много красивых достопримечательностей в шаговой доступности. Фидель очень дружелюбный хозяин, встретил и всё показал. Было очень приятно общаться хоть мы и говорили на разных языках :) Квартира соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Рекомендую!

The host, Fidel, went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and safe in the unit. He greeted me and carefully showed me all the features of the unit to make sure I felt comfortable. The unit is in a great location to explore Barcelona by foot and by the subway. Despite being in a central location, the unit was very quiet and I slept well. There is strong wifi and good air conditioning. I was traveling alone and I appreciated how secure the door felt with a strong lock. The unit had everything I needed including a well stocked kitchen and a great washing machine. As described, the unit is on the 4th floor up a narrow staircase. Thank you to Fidel for being an amazing host and welcoming me to Barcelona!

Nice and clean apartment, it has everything you need. Good AC and WiFi. It's on the 5th floor with very narrow stairs. We had a lot of heavy luggage but we managed to get up and down with it after a little struggle. So if you have trouble walking I wouldn't recommend it but otherwise it's fine.

Overall, it was a very nice stay. The flat has everything you need for your stay. It is also quiet. The location is great. You have stores, bars, restaurants, a metro, etc. very close. I would suggest the place. The only warning is if you have any mobility issues or would have trouble carry a heavy suitcase up stairs, then it might not be for you. I don’t mind walking up stairs, but for others it could be an issue since it is on the 4th floor and has narrow stairs. But as long as you have no issues walking or anything, I liked the place.
