Location was spot on! 6 minute walk to Whitley Bay promenade. You can’t park outside the house, but there are places to park close by using the permit. Place was bigger than anticipated and perfect for our furry companion. As it’s a ground floor flat, you do experience noise above, which can’t be helped. This is unfortunate if you are looking to have a lie in bed in the morning, especially as the bedroom is underneath the stairs. The place was extremely clean and tidy, and the shower was powerful and hot. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Brilliant stay in Whitley bay. The flat is close to the sea front and shops. Also east to walk to the metro if you want to explore further afield. Most places are really dog friendly. The flat is spacious and benefits from parking. It was exactly as described in the listing. Definitely would recommend and will try to book again if we are in the area. Phillippa was a very responsive host with a stunning home.

Phillippa’s place is in a lovely quiet area, yet very easy walking distance from the beach/ sea front/ shops and restaurants. It’s cosy and well equipped. This is the second time we have stayed and we will be back!

The flat is spacious, very comfortable and in a perfect location. The beach is a 10 minute walk and the shops and restaurants are close by too. We would definitely stay there again.
