The aim of our trip to the Isle of Wight was to walk the entire coastal path, which we managed in 6 days. For this we needed a base, out of the many properties available we chose BUTTERCUP COTTAGE, what a result, good central position, spotlessly clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. if home from home is what you crave or want, then buttercup cottage is perfect. we couldn't use the outside space because theweatherwould not let us but bits certain big enough to play a game of croquet on it or just sit and read a book.

From the moment we opened the door to Buttercup Cottage we felt at home. From the lovely welcoming message to the biscuits , milk and wine ! The views were simply stunning and the peace and tranquility were just what we hoped for. The garden looking towards Parkhurst forest was a particular favourite for an afternoon tipple ( after a visit to say hello to the two resident pigs at the end of the garden). All the furniture was comfortable and the cottage was very well equipped . We would have no hesitation in recommending Buttercup Cottage to friends and family. Thank you Jane for a very relaxing week.

Had a nice stay at buttercup cottage, good area easy to get to every thing, lovely garden/filed for the dog. Jane was great with communication and helpful. We had a nice holiday.
