Alloggio spazioso, molto pulito e comodo, con vista mare dalla terrazza e fornito di tutto ciò che può servire (c'erano perfino le posate per i bambini). La signora Adriana disponibile e gentile.

We zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Iedereen is heel behulpzaam. Het appartement is groot, schoon en mooi gelegen. Je loopt zo naar het strand. Top locatie.

Our apartment (the smaller of the two) is fantastic for a couple. We had so much space including our own private terrace and outdoor dining table. It’s very private being on the first floor with the additional use of a rooftop Sun terrace. It’s a substantial renovated large home in a gated street of private residences. The beautiful beach of Fontane Bianche is literally only a 90 second walk from the front door. Amazing! We had the use of beach umbrellas and chairs and beach towels. Adriana is on hand if you need anything. Her family were very welcoming. The Train station is only a 7 min walk away so it’s easy to visit the famous Baroque hilltop towns without a car. We cooked at home some evenings as there is everything you need in the kitchen. It’s tremendous value. Highly recommended!

Gastgeberin spricht nur italienisch, aber das ist in Zeiten des Google-Übersetzers ja keine Herausforderung mehr. Prima Lage, 100m fussläufig vom schönen Strand entfernt, 25 min mit Auto bis Syracus/Ortygia und Noto, 1 Autostunde bis Catania /Ätnaregion einerseits, Ragusa ubd Modica andererseits. Einkaufen um die Ecke. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Die Wohnung scheint zuerst kleiner als gedacht aber mit der großen Terrasse und den 2 Eingängen ist sie super geräumig. Für uns, 2 Erwachsene, und 1 Kleinkind war sie optimal. Die Lage ist Top für einen Strandurlaub. Nur wenige Schritte und man ist schon am schönen SandStrand. Mit Kind perfekt. Wir konnten schon früher einchecken und die Kommunikation verlief vorab schon einwandfrei. Einziger Nachteil ( in der Nebensaison) : es gibt keine Restaurants fussläufig oder einen größeren Supermarkt erreicht man nur mit dem Auto. Aber ein kleiner Markt und Bäcker sind gleich vor Ort. Ein Auto ist schon ein Muss. Mit Parkplatz direkt am Haus aber kein Problem und um die umliegenden Orte zu sehen sowie. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und wären gerne länger geblieben.
