This place was not like what I expected. 1) At first,she did tell me about the water. She said that it would be fixed. However, I checked the water during my shower, and it was extremely freezing water, which means they never fixed it. 2) The room I stayed in was in an attic. The room was clean, but the sheets have holes in it. 3) The room has a broken window, and there is no AC or heat. During the day, bugs and flies come into the room. 4) There is no toilet paper, and the bathroom mirror is broken. 5) Outside the house looks extremely dirty. 6) The inside has some ceiling damaged and too much clutter near the kitchen. 7) Above all the issues, their smart lock needs to be changed. It does open the door immediately. Overall, I didn't enjoy the place and had to leave immediately. I would not recommend anyone rent it unless the issues above are solved.

Tina was very helpful in answering our questions and thoughtful in holding on to something I left behind until I was able to retrieve it.

Tina is a very responsive host, she had been amazingly helpful. There were some hiccups on my first night since I let myself in the wrong room as it wasn’t cleaned and not yet ready but she fixed it immediately the next day and moved me to a very clean room. Internet was not working so I had to take a day off from work and the plug next to my bed didn’t work. Didn’t realize it until both phones died but the plug on the other side of the room made up for it. The location is not lively but next to a convenience store so I was able to purchase what ever I needed. Over all it was a good stay. Thank you Tina for everything.

Wonderful stay and enjoyed the company of the other guest. Private but very friendly at the same time. Great location by stores and public transportation. Would highly recommend to any future guest.
