Newly Renovated and upgraded! Private & spacious (400+ SQ FT), clean, comfortable guest Studio with private bathroom. No cleaning fee. Amazing views of the gorgeous Sonoran Desert. Very convenient to major roads (Cave Creek, Carefree HWY). Complete privacy from hosts with private entry+ locking doors. Whole House Water Purification System. Being a horse property, guests that enjoy horses will love having the relaxing sight of the horses roaming the property. Upgraded Studio Apartment with a full kitchen and upgraded bathroom. The bed is a luxurious memory foam mattress. An additional queen-size pullout couch is available to comfortably sleep up to 4 adults (linens for the second bed are provided upon request). Guests that would like the second bed set up at an extra $10 for the entire stay (not a per night charge). This charge is to cover the extra setup and washing of the linens. The patio area of the studio has two comfortable Adirondack chairs, and it also has a fenced yard (great for pets). The hosts are very friendly and will provide any assistance possible. Pets are welcome with prior authorization from the hosts, but keep in mind that they should be supervised anytime they are outdoors as there are coyotes, snakes, owls, hawks, and a large variety of other wildlife in the area that can potentially harm them if not supervised. In addition, we ask that guests clean up after their pets.

Such a great first stop to a week long trip across Arizona. Stayed at an airport hotel on day 1 in years past, but this comfy and quiet getaway will be my new first stop. David & Ella were so clear with the directions I was able to just hop off the plane & be on my way. So responsive with a late night request for an additional blanket. We truly were able to kick back and relax after a long day of travel, ahead of a long week of hiking. Would recommend again and again.
What great hosts! This adorable place was spotless, private, cozy, and they even took the time to allow me to meet their horses. Took time out of their day to let me do that. So much appreciated! The bathroom is fantastic with the two sinks, and the shower is the best! Love that shower! My new go to place when in the area, highly recommend!
Great little spot away from the real hustle n bustle of the city but not far enough away the city cant be enjoyed. Decent scenery. Lovely studio apt space with a nice big shower. Perfect stay for our last second booking! Communication was awesome! Would 100% stay again
This is one of my all time favorite airbnb to date. The location, the mattress, the bathroom and the horse's just made it magical. So pet friendly!

There is plenty of parking on the property, even for trucks and trailers. Uber and Lyft, as well as taxis, service the area frequently.
