Thank you for hosting me for a quiet getaway! I was pleasantly surprised to check into a large unit. The housekeeper and local complex residents were super friendly and helpful, The apt location was very convenient - next to a nice park, near a gas station, across from a grocery store and down the street (5 min drive) from plenty of small restaurants. The unit  was comfortable and had all the essentials with plenty of space for me to roll out my yoga mat in the living room. The heaters worked well in the bedroom and living room, the queen bed was very comfortable, bed sheets were soft and clean, and it was nice to have 2 couches near the TV. I appreciated having a full fridge and access to a stove / microwave. Thank you for a relaxing weekend in Clear Lake!

The place was dirty, needs updating and maintenance as there were lights heaters and appliances broken. The couch and mattress both were so stained we had to got to the dollar store and buy a couch cover. We couldn't even use the bed. The closet door wouldn't open. The photos on the listing must not be recent as they don't show the giant stains or water damage on the ceiling or the blackened grout around the toilet and where caulking goes in bathroom. Even at such a low price it wasn't worth it. I've stayed at run down motels that were more maintained.
