A 3 levels villa immersed in the nature, with a lot of olive trees and many other vegetal species. A peaceful corner but only 2 minutes walk from Castiglione Chiavarese, pretty village with all necessary shops and services. Located 15 min by car from the seaside and from the well known Sestri Levante, so perfect for your excursions to Portofino, Camogli, 5 Terre and Versilia. If you look for a location where to feel the country life with a touch of design, "Red Fish" villa is the right place! Externally there is a system of terraces oriented East/South with various areas dedicated to relax, to dining, to barbecue. Heart of the villa is the big open space with the kitchen, the living room and a reading corner which overview the lower floor with Tv area, open fire and a room with double sofa bed and private bathroom. On the upper level the Master Bedroom with balcony and private bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms, each with single or double beds, sharing a bathroom.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette jolie maison, spacieuse et très bien équipée. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du village de Castiglione, et à la fois permettant facilement de découvrir cette magnifique région. Andrea et Nicole sont des hôtes charmants, accueillants et attentifs. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
I can recommend this place, something can always be improved but it's a trifle. For me, this is a place where someone put a lot of heart and idea to build it.
Three of us took the house for the week, each with slightly different expectations but all of us can easily say that we had a wonderful time. The house is both in keeping with the area and architecturally modern and stylish. It is lovingly kept by the owners and this is what makes Airbnb special. Everything you need in terms of shops are only 5' walk away and you can drive to the beach in 20'. Splendid walks that take you up and over the hills also start from the village. All in all, a wonderful holiday and would certainly come back for more.
la casa è in una posizione eccezionale perfettamente equipaggiata e anche molto bella e vivibile all'interno.Noi eravamo con 5 bambini (dai 9 ai 3 anni) che si sono divertiti come matti.E assolutamente necessario avere un'auto per muoversi sul posto perchè il servizio pubblico autobus almeno nel nostro periodo (luglio/agosto) era totalmente insufficiente. Andrea e Nicole sono host molto simpatici carini attenti precisi e rilassati.
