Entire Apartment Loft is located in the second floor of a historical Craftsman home. It is private. You don’t share your Loft space with anyone.
It has a private entrance and is sealed off from the lower floor who may, or may not be occupied at the time of your booking.
We ask that you are mindful of the noise levels., there are hardwood floors throughout and sound travels fast.
Loft has a private entrance from the street with it’s own driveway lighted all night.
Free guest parking for up to 2 car(s), steps away from your front door.
Very convenient to unload your luggage and access the Lockbox & retrieve your keys at Self check-in.
NOTE: For your safety, exterior surveillance cameras in the driveway outdoor area.
** PARKING INSTRUCTIONS :
When you arrive, Please open the gate & DRIVE INTO the DRIVEWAY with your car.
Drive straight towards the SEATING AREA. You can park free inside the gate for your entire stay.
If you choose to park in the street, there’s plenty of street parking. We ask you not to park in front of Neighboards. PLEASE Park only in the front and around the perimeter of this home.
* if you park inside the DRIVEWAY; slide the gate & close it after you arrive.

It’s a nice house and the cleanest house which I have lived. The host is so kindly and warmheart that we do not want to leave the house. We will miss the beautiful house and the family. If we have another chance to come Los Angeles, I will come back to rent this house.
