My wife is a watercolorist and goes by the name M. Pallas Studio. This was our first time vending her artwork at the Rochester Lilac festival's "Art in the Park" weekend. I found Gwenn's listing while searching for a place during the event. We knew we would have a busy weekend but wanted to stay beyond the city limits in a quiet setting. After confirming our stay, Gwenn contacted me to see if we would need anything special during our stay. She asked if we have allergies or any special requests. We arrived Friday and were greeted by her and her lovely cat, Shadow. She could not have been kinder! She had snacks ready for us , a kitchenette with coffee supplies, fruit, pastries, and more. With our busy schedule, our time was limited, but our stay could not have been any better than it was! Gwenn is incredible, and I look forward to planning a longer trip in the future that allows us to fully enjoy the peace, love, and tranquility that Gwenn and her property exude. Thanks again, Gwenn!

Had a wonderful weekend at Gwenn's BnB. If I visit the area again, I'd absolutely stay again. Gwenn was lovely as was the suite we stayed in. Highly recommended if you're staying in the area.

Gwenn was the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble. The room itself was spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed. A very nice breakfast was provided each day and Gwenn always asked us if we wanted anything extra. We stayed with Gween during the Eclipse and despite the fact that it was 100% cloudy for the whole time, we have wonderful memories of our stay. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Gwenn's B&B. The room was just as decribed in quiet serene surroundings. Perfect place to stay when visiting Rochester. Gwenn is so friendly and makes you feel right at home. She is "aux petits soins" always making sure her guests are well taken care off and we loved how she left little notes to communicate with us and to make sure we didn't need anything. Her kitten Shadow is adorable and she made sure she stayed out of the room (since i am allergic). This place will become our go to stay whe visiting our son at RIT. So much better than the sterile hotels in Henrietta. We look forward to our next visit!

Gwenn is so genuine as a person that it overflows into staying in her home! She even got me special pastries and bread, which were gluten-free. She thought of things that I wouldn't have asked about and gave helpful advice as well. Her home was so peaceful, and her kitty Shadow was very loveable. We connected as if we had been old friends. Gwenn refilled all things daily, including snacks and linens. She also always asked permission to use anything in my space or if I minded her refilling the items needed. She was very perceptive about what would make my stay more cozy, and then she did it! She even offered to buy new pillows for me (because she only had one non-down pillow - I'm allergic to feathers). Through and through, I would highly recommend her place and hope to visit again in the future.
