This stay was my favorite of all Airbnb’s! Ms, Claudia is so sweet and accommodating. I had a single person room. The room was a comfortable size with a queen sized bed and great, heavy, antique style furniture. In my room I had my own coffee pot, microwave, mirror, large closet, mini-fridge. There were papers showing nearby restaurants and other area attractions. I had plenty of drawer space for my clothes and there was also a leather reclining chair in my room as well. Also, I had an entire refrigerator in the kitchen that is just for guests and I had access to the kitchen and stove/oven for cooking. And there is a tv in the bedroom with a dvd player and a separate living area in the public area with a smart tv and access to movie apps. There is nothing I didn’t like about staying here and will definitely stay here again when I come back.

Her rules were very strict and resulted in me having to get a second place anytime my wife came to see me while I was working out there, and she was inflexible on refunds. However there are almost no options in the area for long term stays so I guess she can afford to be strict. The location is good, very close to a laundromat, and it was clean.
