Beautiful house in a great location in the country. The house is very spacious with lots of seating areas. The barbecue in particular was used for evening meals. The pool was great and the tree in the garden provided great shade for communal chats.. The table tennis was a great success as the family played table tennis during spare time.. The Wi-Fi can be a little hit and miss if you’re trying to stream otherwise it was OK. A large kitchen with everything that you would need and it was great to be able to have en suite bathrooms for every couple that stayed.

Sandro and Rosa were brilliant hosts. The property was just as described and very quiet. The WiFi / broadband was in and out however that was our only minor complaint. Excellent

Siamo stati benissimo.. la villa è grandissima tanto spazio ideale per le famiglie Con bambini.. meravigliosa la piscina e tutto l’ambiente che ci circondava. I proprietari sono delle persone gentilissime discrete e sempre disponibili.. molto apprezzata la sorpresa di benvenuto con dei pasticcini e delle uova fresche.. Una settimana Immersi nella campagna ma a cinque minuti da tutti i servizi.. Torneremo sicuramente

We had an amazing stay at the villa of Sandra and Rosa in Bracciano. A very warm welcome with Prosecco and some nice bites, even though we arrived fairly late. Owners live on side but are very quiet and friendly. They clean the pool every day and bring fresh fruit from the garden, eggs from their chickens and even made an amazing tiramisu. They are the best hosts you could wish for! House is very clean and spacious enough for up to eight people. Kitchen has everything you need. It is a 10 minute drive from the center of the city of Bracciano, with many large supermarkets, nice restaurants and of course the beautiful lake. We would definitely visit again!
