Bird watching along the waterways is always rewarding for nature lovers looking to explore. You may see a Bushbuck and be sure to see Vervet Monkeys.
If you explore the Wet Field at night, there are strange insects, rare frogs and Camelions to be seen.
The property is at an altitude of 500 m, so it is cooler and has no humidity. Unlike down at the beach.
The beach is 35 km away but the sea horizon is visible at about 12 km.

Airport Shuttle can be arranged with reputable persons who we use regularly.
African Stone Lodge is 12 km from the village of Hillcrest and 4.5 km from Watercrest Shopping Mall.
Local taxis stop outside.
When coming home, Just say "Going to StoneFarm" and you will arrive at the entrance.
If you are driving there is safe parking inside.
