This airbnb was in a very good neighborhood. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful. I enjoyed staying here, everything was clean, easy, private & beautiful

Nous avons été accueilli comme dans la famille ! Un pur bonheur. Claire et Patrick sont des hôtes exemplaires: sympathiques, respectueux, discrets, à l’écoute de nos besoins et toujours de bons conseils. La maison, la piscine et les extérieurs sont d’une propreté irréprochable. Dans un quartier résidentiel calme, proche de toutes commodités, la maison est très bien équipée pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons à 100%. Pour preuve, nous y retournerons !

Where can I start , excellent Villa , super clean, Florence was always available to answer my queries , her parents welcomed us and made tour of villa. Very spacious, clean and with almost all amenities.. very peaceful place to enjoy relaxing holidays. Thank you Florence for wonderful opportunity

We (family of 5 - dad, mum and 3x teenage girls) have just returned from a fabulous 11 night stay at Florence’s lovely property. Arrival and check in ran smoothly. Florence’s parents (who are absolutely delightful) met us on arrival. Although they do not speak English, and we only have limited French - we got along brilliantly, using phones to translate. The property is spacious and very well located, with a Spar supermarket 50 metres down the road if you walk left, and a butchers, bakers and a greengrocer 300m to the right. Importantly, you also have access to a free mini bus, from opposite the Spar shop - which takes you into town and back (for the beautiful public beach and station)! (approx 9-5 daily - in season.) You are also well served at the house by Uber and Deliveroo - should you wish… The pool is gorgeous! Exactly what you need to cool off during the warm summer days. The patio and electric canopy are divine! Great holiday. Very good value. We would return in a heartbeat!

Florence's parent live behind the house and were there to help us with any questions. They were so lovely! The pool was perfect for our teenagers and the awning created a beautiful spot to have our meals. It was a perfect jumping off point for day outings to Cannes, Nice, Eze, etc., but Mandelieu also has local beaches and lovely seaside cafes and restaurants. A lovely place to stay, a real jewel, with boulangeries, grocery store and butcher shop in walking distance.
