Inside the property is a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including a separate fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and extractor fan. There is a separate spacious utility room with washing machine, sink unit, iron, ironing board and cupboards. The well appointed lounge is fitted out with comfy sofas and a 40" flat-screen TV with internet TV including English, French, Italian, German and Spanish channels. The living area extends out onto a specially designed curved covered terrace providing a shaded alfresco for dining after the chef of the family has prepared dinner on the built in BBQ area.
