Beautiful remote location - everything worker perfectly fine and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Boat and captain at our disposal so very easy to plan for trips. We also had the personal chef for dinner and the food was sensationally good - can only recommend.

This place is truly a gem. Private, good location, mostly everything 30 min. max by relaxing boat rides, plenty to do! House -- nice and secluded was perfect for our family of 6, hiking in backyard we saw sloths, howler monkeys, etc; we used kayak/standup p-boards , fished/snorkeled off front porch (watch for sea urchins but coral pristine) Service - there is a cap'n always available for excursions/restaurants; chef available to make delicious food onsite; masseuse available; all activities are arranged for you seamlessly Notes - bugs, yes there are chitras but this is typical for the countries here, take precautions use coconut oil they provide or bring citronella mix; would recommend having 1 long sleeve+light pants to wear in evenings (sunset) and early AM for addl protection. Although no air conditioning, rooms all had ceiling fans + 2 large standing fans are provided to use while sleeping -- was not a problem for us and we stayed there for a week end of March/early April.

Everything was spectacular, but the only slight hiccup, which is why I took away one star was that they were 30 minutes late for pick up so we were stranded in the airport wondering if we would be greeted and wondering how we were supposed to get to the casita. In the end, Jose was just late, and once he picked us up, everything went off without a hitch. Their location is a dream, and we totally enjoyed ourselves. They went out of the way to make sure everything was OK. There was one night a bat came into the Villa and didn’t want to leave so we all had to hide in the bedrooms with the doors closed upstairs but other than that, you won’t regret booking this place.

If you are looking for a relaxing, private retreat then this is it! The house was beautiful, surrounded by the water and jungle. My husband and I fished, paddle boarded, snorkeled and hikes through the jungle in the back. We saw amazing wildlife- sloths, monkeys, exotic birds, etc. I would highly recommend the private chef - everything we ate was so delicious- I would 💯 order it at a restaurant. Totally worth the money. I also had two massages on the deck- also great. Keep in mind- this house is on the edge of the jungle and you may have some lizard roommates (small) in the house! The host and managers were great - very responsive. I would definitely go back!

Casa de Mar es el lugar perfecto para tus vacaciones!! La casa es super espaciosa, full equipada! Cuenta con kayaks, paddle boards, gafas para hacer snorkel y muchas cosas más! Julia, Katerin y Jose fueron maravillosos anfitriones siempre muy atentos de responder nuestras preguntas! El hijo del señor Jose, quien también se llama Jose, es un excelente chef, cocino para nosotros un par de días y todo estuvo delicioso!! No lo pienses dos veces!! Super recomendado!!!
