It's near beautiful beaches, El Poblado área, pharmacy, convenience stores, gas station, restaurants, and more..... It has: First floor fully equipped apartment, 2 bedrooms with air conditioner, 2 bathrooms, living room, dinning room, kitchen and balcony with private patio. Beach accessories, towels, beach umbrella and seats, cooler. Wifi and Roku. The air conditioning are only in the bedrooms. The apartment has: Plenty use of spaces. Kitchen completely equipped, new refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, water heater. Master bedroom with A/C and private bathroom and second bedroom with A/C, iron and iron board. Second bathroom for others use. Living an Dinning: Sofa futon with Roku TV and Wifi in all the apartment. This area has no A/C, but it has two ceiling fans. Fully equipped for a pleasure vacations. Our common areas are: Pool for adults and pool for children, playground, gazebo and bathrooms.
