My partner and I had a lovely 9 days stay at Pyt's apartment - it is exactly as described, very clean and modern, wifi is fast (as we needed to work a bit from home) and the location is perfect - central, close to the sky train, next to cafes, restaurants, local food stalls (check the one next to the bridge on the left as you exit the compound) and there is also a large Tesco in the vicinity. Pyt was very responsive and helpful and flexible with the check-out time (highly appreciated! ^^) and we'd love to return to Bangkok one day and stay here again! :-)

Pyt was very easy to communicate with and replied very quickly. The accommodation had everything that we needed, a kitchen, washing machine, bathroom and tv. The pool is great and there is a gym too.

very cozy apartment, good location, very close to all the big malls in Bangkok. I would have loved some water when I checked in after a very long trip (22 hours) but couldn't find any. Please be aware that there are giant signs all over the residence buildings warning that renting to tourists is illegal. It scared me at first but then Pyt assured me that nothing terrible was going to happen. Otherwise all was good and met my expectations.

The host was great and communicative. The unit was clean and comforting while the location also being great. We felt like we thoroughly enjoyed Bangkok, however, there were concerns while passing through common areas of the condo building. That said, expect to see large, very obvious, 7 ft tall signs saying Daily/Weekly rentals to travelers is illegal in the condo building. There was a woman at the office of the condo building that took photos of us as we asked to get help on how to get to our unit. Our friend, a local Thai friend, was also concerned that we would be kicked out and lose our stay after speaking with the woman. All in all, nothing happened. We stayed the full week and enjoyed Bangkok. It was a bit stressful walking through common areas as we made large efforts in avoiding other people, even if it seemed obvious that some of those other people are Airbnb guests. Please do your research.

Pyt's place was close to the National Stadium BTS. A short way down an alley way with a few street food vendors (we never tried any but the locals were always there). It is a safe walk. The property itself it gated and required keycard access through gates, elevator, then a separate keycard for the room. Ask Pyt about the side access so you don't have to go through the property front everytime. The room was cozy with just enough space for our open luggages. The kitchen was a great size and the bathroom had space for all our toiletries.
