We were staying at Mari's place for one month in early spring, so this review may not apply to someone staying for a shorter period or during another season. The disclaimer aside, here are the main takeaways. Pros 1. Mari promptly answers to questions or comments. 2. The apartment mostly looks as on the photos, no surprices in this regard. 3. The apartment has all the essential amenities: cuttlery, dishes, blankets, etc. 4. It has enough heaters to keep it warm during the cold season. Cons During our stay too many things broke or were not working as expected at random times. It seems that every system of the hourse is just not stable enough. Electricity was switching off randomly. Garage door stopped closing automatically. It was fixed, but then the door broke again, so it was only opening half the way. The roof started leaking after several rainy days. Sewage system needed constant manual intervention via plunger to clear blockages. Internet switched off for half a day wihtout prior notice. And this is not even the full list. The conclusion: this is not a type of place where you just live and enjoy it. You have to study how every system works and apply workarounds to survive. And it does not help that neither Mari nor Esther speaks English.

A beautiful and clean house. Spacious with a very nice backyard/swimmingpool. There were clean towels, bedlinnen and most basic needs. Strongly recommend! 10 to 15 minutes from the supermarket, 25 minutes from the centre of Valencia
