Loved the well equipped kitchen and location. And very much enjoyed the rustic setting. Clement was very responsive and helpful. As he said to us, it is a work in progress. Not all rooms renovated and yard has several old vehicles in it. But the work that has been done - especially kitchen and bath- are nice. Would love to come back someday and see the finished project.

Clement's home is large and full with antiques. It is a quiet and restful place in the middle of a wood, super for escaping the noise of big cities. But if you want to you can hit the N11 in 2 minutes. The exact site is a little bit hard to find, but Clement's description was very exact and helped us to find it.

We loved our stay in this truly unique & cosy home. We especially loved the open plan living area filled with beautiful art & lots of natural light. Clement was a fantastic host providing us with a cot for our newborn son & leaving us with kitchen essentials. The house is perfectly located for exploring Wicklow & was lovely that our dogs could stay also. We would definitely come back - Thanks again.

The house is amazing. It is in a countryside style but with all the comfort. The surroundings are in the middle of the nature so we had a great and peaceful time there. We loved it!

You do need a SUV or similar to negotiate the road, however the house itself is very spacious and the kitchen is relatively new and has everything you need. Very clean, and hosts were very obliging and available if any problems. We appreciated the quality toys left out for our 3 year old to play with. Large family bathroom and good sized bedrooms. If the weather is cold you will need to light the log burner, however plenty of wood was available as well as firelighters etc. My daughter noted the bedroom windows don't have blackout curtains if that is an issue for children.
