This comfortable 1 BR apartment for 4 people is located in a quiet neighbourhood app 5 min walk from Martinica beach and 10-12 min walk from the city centre. With it's spacious terrace facing south and overlooking sea it is a perfect place for couples, friends or family with kids. It has WiFi, AC, secure luggage on arrival/departure, baby amenities and our staff to take care of you and to help you organise great holiday. Free pick up on arrival from port of Bol! This spacious and swanky one bedroom apartment is settled on the second floor in our villa in a peaceful neighbourhood only 5 minutes walk from beautiful Martinica beach and 10-12 minutes walk from the city centre. Nearest family owned restaurants with local/authentic food called Konoba and grocery store are 3-5 minutes walk from the apartment. Our flat consist of spacious and sunny double bedroom, bathroom with a shower, modern and fully equipped kitchen in open space with dining/living area with pull out sofa which you can use as an additional bed for two. This apartment has also sunny balcony with marvellous view which you can enjoy while having morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Per request apartment can become baby friendly with high chair and baby travel bed. Apartment has AC, WiFi and secure luggage organised on departure so guests can enjoy freely while waiting on a ferry, boat or a plane. There are 3 parking places in front of the house. Parking is free of charge but the reservation is needed. If there is no space in front of the house there is a public parking 150 meters away where guests can park for free. Apartment is pet friendly without any extra charges and dog beach is on the beginning of the promenade towards the Golden Horn. Our friendly staff will take good care of all our guests and help them with all our expertise so they can truly enjoy and experience great holiday. Our experienced team will organise great things and make nice memories and unique experiences. One of the recommendations is to dive into the blue with our special instructors and experience a unforgettable observations of undersea life. Residence tax is charged upon arrival, 1,33 € per adult per day or 0,65 € per kid from 12-18 years old.

The flat wasn’t clean or fully equipped as described. A lot of ants around and even on the bed. There was NO light in the bathroom, not enough toilet paper and the shower sliders doors were falling apart which could actually be dangerous since we had NO lights. We didn’t use the kitchen but the fridge wasn’t cooling. They charged us a tax fee per day and per person when we arrived, but this wasn’t fully explained in the description. The location wasn’t accurate as it takes at least 20 to 25 minutes to walk up or down the hills to the city center.

Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 7 Minuten vom Strand bzw. Hafen entfernt und die Dachterasse bietet einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Zudem ist die Wohnung mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top! Wir können Bol Homes wirklich weiterempfehlen, da auch der Service sehr gut ist.

Our house is located in peaceful neighborhood. The closest beach is just 5 minutes walking distance and is located next to charming Dominican monastery. You will need 10-12 minutes easy walk to get to the town center where you will find all the bars, restaurants, supermarket, bank and post office, basically all decent amenities that should be in every town centre.
Local restaurants with great food are within 3-5 minutes walk.
Bol is a small town so it is easy to get anywhere on foot. If you would like to go to the famous Zlatni Rat beach you can take tourist trackless train which connects this beach with town center and Dominican monastery.
For exploring the island to all our guests we suggest to rent a car at our agency where they will get a discount and a map with main tourist attractions and few extra 'local tips'.
GETTING TO BOL WITHOUT A CAR
1. Transfer from Split airport, journey duration: Split Airport to Split harbor –30 minutes, Split to Supetar ferry ride – 55 minutes, Supetar to Bol – 35 minutes.
2. Transfer with a ferry to Supetar (a town on the Brac island, ca. 5 € per person) and from there with taxi or a bus to the town of Bol.
3. Transfer with a Catamaran from Split harbour to Bol town (only for passengers)
4. Transfer from Brač harbor. You can book a taxi transfer with us from Supetar (if arriving from Split) or from Sumartin (if arriving from Makarska).
5. Bus transfer from Supetar. The bus journey takes 60 minutes.
ARRIVING BY CAR
1. From Split you will need to take the Split – Supetar car ferry service, which takes 55 min. Bol is a 36 km drive from Supetar.
2. From Makarska you will need to take Makarska - Sumartin car ferry service, which takes 60 minutes. Bol is a 25 km-drive from Sumartin. Please note the Makarska – Sumartin ferry is much smaller than the Split – Supetar ferry and during July and August we recommend arriving much earlier to ensure a place on the ferry. The sailing schedule is also less frequent than the one from Split to Supetar.
