We stayed as two couples with 2 babies (can recommend for this setup). Karin was always supportive and communicated well and was flexible to help us (host lives on the ground floor). Place is on the countryside, exact driving instructions necessary, own or rental car needed, then it's easy to get to Bozen quickly. Stunning view from the apartment. Had a great time there :)

Karin was an exceptional host! The home was immaculate and beautiful with breathtaking views, a true getaway. She provided wonderful suggestions for local things to do and was so inviting as a host. We hope to return!

I believe Karin's place is the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The surroundings are breathtaking all hours of the day! The house itself is tastefully designed, spacious, really comfortable and offers huge windows and a balcony to enjoy the amazing views around. There is a wonderful biological pool on the grounds which Karin offered us to swim is and it was magical! (Water still swimmable in late September). Karin herself is an amazing host! First and foremost it was really nice to be able to communicate freely in English :) . Karin helped us during planning of our trip prior to arrival, met us upon arrival and was available to during the whole stay with advice where to shop, eat and travel. We were visiting during apple picking season and Karin offered us her apples which are THE best I've ever eaten! Karin is a generous and very kind host and really made us feel at home, we are really grateful for her hospitality and were very sorry to leave.

We were a group of four friends travelling and we had a lovely stay at Karin’s place. Thank you once again, Karin! When arriving after a long day of travelling we were struggling a bit to find the way to the house, but luckily Karin was able to assist us via Whats App. The location is peaceful & beautiful, and the natural pool was great for refreshing! The kitchen is well equipped and linens etc. were very fresh & clean. It was enjoyable to eat breakfast outside and admire the view from the verande/ terrace. Other groups travelling, please note that for four people the reservation is only for two bedrooms. As we were a group of friends, we wanted to utilize all the three bedrooms - Fortunately, Karin was flexible and fixed us the 3rd bedroom for extra charge. We understood that if you want to use the three bedrooms, you need to book your stay for 5-6 people. We would highly recommend Karin’s place. Great location to explore both Bolzano and the Dolomites.
