This a fabulous, traditional property, one can really sense the history and experience the slower pace of country life. The location is amazing, and the sunsets and views of the river Mondego are wonderful. If you're looking for some remote, peace and quiet, it's perfect! It's a great family space, our grandchildren loved the small play area, the pool is perfect although you have to look out for young children as there's no shallow end. It's great to have been able to pick and eat fruit and nuts from the land and explore with the kids. Kitchen facilities are simple but more than adequate, and it's fully equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable, linen was fresh and clean and there were more than enough towels. WiFi was good and stable. Montemore O Velho is only 15 minutes drive and has good local restaurants/ supermarkets and Figueira Da Foz is 20 minutes and had everything could want. We were very well looked after by Fabiana & Pedro and I can highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay. We were welcomed with apple pie and received a nice tour through the house which was very clean and well taken care of. Our children loved the pool, the garden, and the table football. The house is very spacious and as you can see in the pictures it is very authentic furnished with simple but good equipped kitchen, etc. . It is big enough to fit a large group.

A great house with a lot of atmosphere. It's an old quinta, but very well taken care of. Beautiful views. Lots of space in and around the house. Good for kids. Ours enjoyed the pool ofcourse, but also the football table and the sheep.
